WTF Wednesday: Petal Blossom Rainbow

If you are up to speed with your celebrity gossip, then you know by now that chef Jamie Oliver and his wife are the proud parents of a baby girl born April 3rd: Petal Blossom Rainbow. Seriously people, that's her name.

Um...I'm just wondering, were the parents on ecstacy when they named her? Why not opt for Glitter Sunshine Sparkle? Or Happy Love Skittle? I mean really...all three of those names are pretty far fetched...but could probably be pulled off if placed with a normal name. For example, Elizabeth Blossom Oliver, Petal Marie Oliver, or even Samantha Rainbow Oliver. But really - Petal Blossom Rainbow?? We, at the Bung Blog, feel that this borders on child abuse...and we only have one thing to say of this: WTF?!?!

Unfortunate Names

In my line of work, I continuously come across HIGH-larious names in our system's database. These are the names of ACTUAL people that happen to be our clients. Now, to protect my job, my company shall remain nameless.....but these unfortunate souls, however, will not.

Mark Butzlaff - when I came across this gentleman in our system, I butzlaffed my ass off.

Laura Buttram - I bet her husband buttrams her every night.

And today I came across Richard Waddell - I have to wonder if people call him Dick Wad for short??

Oh, and let's not forget Uday Dikshit - What did you call me?!? U da Dick Shit, homie!

There are also some stand-alone last names that are worth mentioning as well:

Glasscock
Bicht
Pimple

....and many more that I will document as I come across them. ENJOY!
